Hotel Tax: There is an additional 6% State of Texas Occupancy Tax on all rentals.

Rates may be subject to discount or premium, based on occupancy below or above 2 persons per bedroom, respectively. Additional charges may apply for RV Hookups, special activities, additional day guests, etc.

**Occupancy: Cedars Cabins has additional sleeping capacity in the form of fold out couches and futons located in adjoining
rooms.

Reservations: Guests do not have confirmed reservations until payment has been received.

Cancellation: If you cancel your confirmed paid reservation, and Cedars Cabins is able to fill your room, your payment will be
returned. Otherwise, your payment will be held for up to six months for your future rental except during Holidays or Antique weeks when guests will not be entitled to a future rental.

*Check in and Check out times: Depending on our occupancy schedule, we have been known to be extremely flexible on our guest check in and check out times.
